I am a mixed bag of emotions: elated, anxious, determined, scared, exhausted, blissful. The 1960 CrossFit soft opening is tomorrow. The food has been bought, the workout programmed, the space cleaned immaculately by our amazing Complete Health and Rehab staff. We’re ready. Now it’s time for our “Field of Dreams” momemt. Hushed voice: “If you build it they will come.” I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
