There’s something really amazing about putting on challenges. Back in October we did a short 30 day nutrition challenge. Now, we’re doing an 8 week nutrition / workout challenge, the Resolution Revolution. Over the next 8 weeks, I’ll help hold my athletes accountable to their workouts, their nutrition, and to accomplishing the personal goals they set for themselves.
I couldn’t be more excited to see the transformations that will occur over the next 8 weeks. I know there will be some incredible physical changes. What I’m most looking forward to though, are the spiritual and mental metamorphoses that will manifest. Confidence will soar as body fat percentage drops. Increased awareness and self-control will replace self-doubt and frustration. These eight weeks will take my athletes on an incredible journey, and I’ve decided to join them for the ride because I love a good challenge 🙂
