We woke up this morning, took a Dynamax and some kettlebells down to the beach and knocked out an awesome WOD.

We forgot the timer which was a bummer (only because I’m super competitive with Chad and I really wanted to know whether or not I beat him).
The girls played super sweet together while at the beach. Rylie was cheering on her dad while I played with Presley in the ocean.
