“Before training with Liani, I was going to the gym

maybe two times a week, doing machines, and

never saw a difference in my body. I hated going to

the gym.  I was always very tired from my job as a

hairdresser and suffered from chronic back and

neck pain. I use to eat very unhealthy fast food all

the time, sodas every day,  I really didnt give two

thoughts to the food i was putting in my body.

Nutrition has been a very hard thing for me to change. I have come far since starting, but it wasn’t until recently that I really started changing my lifestyle. I have never really had a problem with my weight so i didn’t think that nutrition really affected me. I had hit a wall in my workouts and decided I was going to try to eat healthier to see if I noticed a difference. Right away my workouts began improving, my endurance grew and i was able to work a lot harder than I was before. I cut out sodas completely and have cut out fast food. I’m taking babysteps to eating healthier because I want it to be my lifestyle, not just a fad. Liani has really helped me with this because I was so clueless on what’s healthy and what isn’t.”

I have seen huge results physically.  My stomach is flatter, my arms have more shape, and the biggest improvement is in my legs.  This has impacted me so much because I am so much more confident with my body than I was before.  Also,  my back pain is almost completely gone.  I went from having pain every other day to maybe once a month.  I just feel so much better about myself:  less stressed, more clear-minded, and just stronger all around.  It’s cool to see the change that has happened in less than a year, and I’m really excited to finally have found something that I actually enjoy doing!”
